So I just got back from my trip to Yunnan.

This made me think a lot. No matter how much I said I didn’t want to leave the place, especially so the rural area (ShangriLa) where we had our homestay, I knew that if I had stayed there for a while more I would have gotten extremely bored. But I knew I didn’t enjoy city life—its way too busy, people rarely stopped to appreciate the beauty of most things. Yet I craved the fast life; the excitement, the pace, the lights and glamour. No matter what, I guess humans will often never be satisfied with what they have. We will always want. We want more.
